Auraknot

A new week, a new challenge from the Diva at Iamthediva_CZT.com and a new pattern from Zentangle.   What fun...the new tangle, "auraknot" and the challenge to use it.  The tangle reminds me of the straw stars that they sell at Christmas time.  I think they come from the Phillippines.  Anyway I really got into weaving, threw in a few flowers and called it good.  Thanks Rick and Maria, and always thanks to Laura.

love the flowers coming off the auraknot! It is such a perfection when you add betweed!

Beautiful work! I love how your flowers soften the geometric nature of this tangle.

This is really sweet! Your star is gorgeous and the flowers make it so soft and pretty--love the light touch of color!

I totally enjoy looking at your beautiful tangles each week! And I wanted to give you a big thank you for the kind thoughts and hugs sent my way. I know my son has learned a couple of valuable lessons and I'm feeling better now that I've seen him in person and know he'll be okay. Thanks again for caring.
