Diva Challenge

It feels so good to read a "Dive Challenge"
and have time to do one.

Work has really put a crimp on my tangling and I miss it.
So this week we are to use patterns that start with our initial letters.
So here we are...Sand Swirl and Arrowhead.
That would be me!

Finishing up some projects

I have had some fun with this and now I think it is about ready to head off to my granddaughter.

And before I dispose of the stencil, I will have a little more fun with an "elephant hide" yupo I made months ago.  I never found the "perfect" elephant for the  hide so this was the result.

This is acrylic on yupo and before it dried I added some alcohol.  Nice affect if you want to create a foam or frothy look.
Hoping you all are having a great week.  Happy PPF

The pond

Slowly but surely, I am working my way through my acrylic dumps
on yupo.
This time, I didn't want to cover up the background so added my frogs
after the background had dried.

An update on the orchid that fell in the pool in February.
I pulled it out of it's pot, trimmed up the roots and repotted it.
I think it survived quite well, don't you

Happy PPF!
