Finishing up some projects

I have had some fun with this and now I think it is about ready to head off to my granddaughter.

And before I dispose of the stencil, I will have a little more fun with an "elephant hide" yupo I made months ago.  I never found the "perfect" elephant for the  hide so this was the result.

This is acrylic on yupo and before it dried I added some alcohol.  Nice affect if you want to create a foam or frothy look.
Hoping you all are having a great week.  Happy PPF

  2. Love that you experiment with new stuff. I like to do that too. I am stuck on Gel mediums and the translucent effects of layering and layering color and texture. Happy PPF ! -Kat-

  7. Your colourful elephant with its baby are superb, and that's a really good background for them, not plain, but the pattern doesn't detract at all from the elephants.
