This weeks challenge #237 at I am the Diva is an interesting one.
Charlotte Carpentier has challenged us to use something as a stencil and then tangle on the pattern.
Years ago, I was in Walmart and say these things that fit in the bottom of the sink to protect
the sink from getting dings or marks. I bought it because I thought I could use it as a background one day.
You can see it has a cute pattern.

Very pretty! I like how you basically used a reverse stencil, and only tangled in some of the white spaces. It makes a lovely print.
This is very lovely!!!
Great idea! I love your piece.
so oretty. love that you left some white shapes too :-)
Love it! Love where you found your stencil too!
I had to hunt for a stencil too. Yours was a great find. I really like what you did with it---do you have to get a new one for your sink now?
This is brilliant. Love the colour, love the patterns, love the stencil.
I like how restrained you were. You have tempted me to have another go at this challenging challenge.

cherrish this beautiful 'stencil', you can make great backgrounds with the flowers and butterflies. It looks just awesome.
Just perfect! What a lovely, lovely stencil - seems a shame it was designed for a sink! Axxx
Love your thinking in using the sink protector, and the result is terrific.
Oh my! That mat would have been tangled a hundred times in my head over the past year as I did the dishes (if I did the dishes ;)), as I'm sure it has been for you as well. This is such a great idea! Can you say, new spring class idea??? Thank you for sharing! Fantastic!
Gorgeous and creative!
Now that is creative fun!! Love the monochromatic pallette you chose too...
Wow - I love this tile so much! It makes me happy! So many flowers in your kitchen sink ;-)
