Color fun

Happy Paint Party Friday

Recently I shared with you all some fun on yupo paper.  I was using acrylics
covered with watercolor and then doing a lift.  That was fun...
until I discovered Createx Transparent paints.
They are wonderful on yupo paper and the color is-
well, see for yourself.

A bouquet perhaps?

So what do you think of this color???

Here are the culprits.
Now I will be doing some negative painting using these backgrounds.
Stay tuned.

The transparent paints give this such a sparkly, light feeling. I love the vivid colors.

Thank you for your lovely comment on my blog - I'm really looking forward to that Florida heat after the cold Scottish rain!! I love these pieces - they're super vibrant and remind me of a cross between a psychedelic pattern and a stained glass window -beautiful!
