As I have mentioned, working full time really gets in the way of playing with paints.
This past week I poured some colors on yupo.
I used some stencils to create the look above. Now I think I will do some
stamping to pull it all together.
More next week
One of my favorite cattleyas, just starting to bloom.
There are 9 or ten more blooms coming. I can't wait.

I love the effect of the colors moving across your surface background. Very pretty.

I love the amazing colors on your background. It is so full of bright energy!
LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! Your yupo backgrounds are delicious. I purchased some yupo last year, but have been thoroughly intimidated by it... you inspire me to pull 'em out!
Wonderful colours! I started a full time job in January, so I know, what you are talking about! I enjoy every minute of making art the more!

Very cool background!
Awesome colors! I've been wanting to try this yupo paper.
Those are great abstract paintings all by themselves. An artist I admire said that every great work of art started with an abstract - I don't think that's true of every artist, but it is something I try to do in my own painting.
Very pretty they could even stand on their own they are so lovely!! Can't wait to see what you do with stamps!
