New beginnings

New beginnings.
After loosing my delightful art group. I actively went on a hunt to find a new group.
A couple of the girls from the previous group suggested a new class at the art center.
I visited a couple of weeks ago and was intrigued so I signed up.

You can see this is my kind of play.
This was what we did in the first class so will have step 2 this week.
I really enjoyed the process and am anxious to see where it takes us.

I did this one from one of my "dumps" of acrylic paint.
Can't decide what I think of it.
So this is my week in art this week
Wishing you all a Happy Paint Party Friday!!

This is my latest orchid bloom, Senor Perfecto.
Aren't the colors just gorgeous?

Your orchid is spectacular... I love those touches of colour. How amazing to grow these! Happy PPF

That looks like an interesting class! And I love the contrast between the geometrical white and black background and the colourful circles of acrylic "dumps".
