Painting with Liquid Acrylics

This was a new adventure for me using liquid acrylics and my water color
together.
It was more of an exercise to see what the colors would do.
The acrylics are so vivid they give a watercolor new life
and they mix beautifully.

I tend to water down my acrylics to get a more vibrant color. This looks absolutely brilliant! :)

Wow, what tropical beauty. I think I needed a little reminder of the tropics this AM. I almost had to turn on the heat to take the chill off the house. I maybe can eek out one more day of wearing layers in the AM. Thanks for the tropical gorgeousness and its warm reminder! Happy PPF

Wow! Your painting is simply gorgeous. I love it! I've been experimenting with fluid acrylics recently also and love the combination of intense color and transparency. You can get a lot of the same great watercolor effects, and the acrylic color is permanent under layers of watercolor...anyway that's what I've found to be exciting about them.

this looks absolutely marvelous! I never would have thought it but it makes sense that watercolour and water-soluble acrylics would look great together. cool!
