My feathered friends

One of the many things I love about being in Florida is the amazing
assortment of birds that visit our state during the year.
If you aren't a birdwatcher when you arrive here, you quickly become
one.  They are impossible to ignore.  Some for their size,
some for their "chatter", others for their color.
I decided to start adding some of these feathered friends to my sketch book,
and share them with you.  Happy PPF

Marvelous sand hill cranes. I never knew they were so big until I was visiting a friend in Wisconsin last summer. They are enormous. How lucky for you to be able to draw them so well. Happy PPF
