PPF Request

I am asking for advice from my PPF friends
The challenge here was to only use three colors.
So I have used antwerp blue, cadmium red and yellow.

I sort of have a "thing" for elephants and was happy with the results,
so far.
And the question is...Now what??????
Can you help me?  I would love to hear from you.
Thanks!

Thank you, I agree they need "anchoring" (an elephant needs anchoring?) somehow.

Absolutely wonderfully done ~ I would just put something under their feet ~ grass, rocks, few lines ~ (A Creative Harbor) ^_^

So beautifully done -- They are so sweet. Yes, something under their feet and maybe a horizon or sun up top? Maybe a quote about the journey, mother/child... Happy PPF! and thank you for your kind words on my blog.

Love the triad palette you chose.
I agree with the comments above...that some kind of ground or environment would enhance this even more.

Love your elephants!!! Yes, they need something to walk on, and perhaps some sun indicating walking towards the light would be nice. I sure hope you'l share what you end up doing! Happy PPF

So cute! Great job only using 3 colors. I love it the way it is...maybe some specks? I don't know. I love white backgrounds. Happy PPF!

i love the elephants! Maybe add grass under their feet, and a light color of blue in the background as the sky. But they are nice just the way they are too!

Just so adorable. Beautiful imaginative colours. Agree with "anchoring" with a little shadow but nothing else. Keep it simple as the beauty are the elephants and their colours.

draw in a green pen, around it so that it looks like it's surroundings....trees, palm, etc.

Have a little shadow under their feet, but touching their feet too. Same colours, but in a darker mix.. so a little more blue..a touch of red.. you'll have a lovely shadow colour.. xx

Fun piece.. yes they need to be anchored with a shadow under them so they don't look like they are floating in air.. but wonderful as is anyway. HPPF

Hello Susan, your elephants are pretty adorable, such delicate colors, dreamy like. A little painted border could be lovely in those same shades, and maybe a touch of shadow like has been suggested...it's always hard when you've done something you like so and you know it may need that extra something. It's a lovely piece, just a few delicate touches here and there and you may be happier with it, great job!

They are adorable1 I love elephants, too. A bit of shadow underneath and these two will be perfect!

These are gorgeous--I'm not sure I would do very much--maybe just a suggestion of ground and shadow--not too much, don't want to detract from the elephants!

Happy PPF (late ;)
