It's Friday!

We're home.
I love to pack up and go
and I love to come home.

And after a whirlwind of graduation
and parties
and people.
It is comfortable to sit down with my watercolors
no conversation
alone
And see who shows up.
Happy Paint Party Friday!

Oh, I know that feeling so well. There is nothing like getting back to the solitude of painting. Lovely lady that showed up for you.

Ditto! I'm a bit of a homebody. My grandmother used to say, "I get homesick when I pull out of the driveway." Love your painting. And thanks for your sweet comment on my blog.

It looks like this wide eyed beauty is peeking through the clouds.

I love the way her eyes just stand out so vividly! Melisa really came up with an apt observation, her soft hair is much akin to clouds...

Beautiful colours, the soft colours make her blue eyes come out so nicely. She looks perfectly relaxed and happy, enjoying time for herself. Have a lovely Sunday!
